1. We can ship from China to virtually any international regions in the world including the major destinations such as USA, Europe, Australia, etc.

2. Once the items are shipped, we will email you the tracking number.

3. Our shipping method is Air-express by EMS/UPS. The shipping time is 7-15 days normally.

If your tracking number starts with EA then your package has been shipped by EMS. In this case you should track your package on your national postal service website. Here are some common sites below.

5. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address. Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will reship once at our expense.

Returns and refund policy

Our aim is to please you. We are fully confident you will be pleased with your product and the speed and quality of service. We understand that each client's needs are unique, so are ready to deal with any problems that arise.

If you need to return any items , please to do so with the items unused. Please also keep all labels and tags on items too. You have 7 days to do so. You will have to pay for return postage and you must obtain a certificate of posting from the post office. This certificate is free of charge. If the items are returned in the same condition as you received them then you will be fully refunded the cost of the items returned. Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping postage and your return postage. Exceptionally we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

It should be emphasized that if you are unable to notify us or return the products within 14 days of receipt, refund request will not be entertained.
